     I get asked by many how do I know the Election was stolen from President Trump??  It is not an easy question to answer because unless someone followed the lead up to the election, the decisions put in place the prior year as it relates to Covid 19 in Democratic liberal states regarding mail in voting; who can vote, and all the other Election changes; it is impossible.  Then the early and Mail-in balloting rules/changes, the overseeing of the election that day, the counting of ballots and who was able to observe, plus the use of Computers and software and how easy it was to manipulate them/Hack them; it is not easy.  Then the post ;lection recounts and objections to recounts in the Democratic liberal states, again not easy.

     Below, Patrick Byrne, who by the way is still fighting to find out what happened and is intent on proving it all, has written an excellent book on the Election.  It is worth reading and it certainly does a very good job of explaining what happened.  

     PS: Expect some very big news in the next Few weeks coming out from General Flynn, Sidney Powell, Patrick Byrne and a few others that will prove the Election was stolen.  They are just a few who are still fighting for the truth.

     The day I met Howard Schnellenberger, my favorite football coach of all time, was February 16, 2015 on the main campus of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL--my alma mater.

I was with my then ten year old son, Freddie, and I saw Coach HS being interviewed while sitting on his golf cart. There was just something odd about watching this living legend in the midst of all these students passing him by without even noticing that they were in the presence of a football deity while I started hyperventilating. Coach saw that I was a bit excited, that I seemed to be the ONLY person in the vicinity who knew about his historical significance, and he waved his hand at me to relax. I eventually regained my composure and asked if I could get a photo of him and Freddie. Coach did one better. He called Freddie up on the gold cart and took off his two championship rings--the 1972 Perfect Season Super Bowl ring and the 1983 NCAA National Championship ring in which he was the winning coach in the Game of the Century--and he let Freddie pose with them.

     On a subsequent visit later that year to the FAU campus, I sent my wife to go and meet Schnellenberger and he did the same thing with her in taking off his championship rings and letting her pose with them. 

     In two separate instances, Coach was so gracious in doing this for my family. And although I never played a down for Coach HS, it has been my great honor to be the point man for his Hall of Fame quest. And although the goal wasn't achieved while he was alive, the dream is far from dead!

     Former President Donald Trump’s social media platform will debut in 3 to 4 months, according to Corey Lewandowski, a former senior adviser with Trump’s 2020 campaign.

Lewandowski, in an interview with Newsmax aired on March 27, described the platform as “an interactive communication tool whereby the president is going to be able to post things to it that people will be able to report and communicate directly with him.”

“What we’ve seen from Big Tech and the cancel culture is if you don’t agree with their philosophy, they’re going to cancel you, and we’re going to have a platform where the president’s message of America First is going to be able to be put out to everybody and there’ll be an opportunity for other people to weigh in and communicate in a free format without fear of reprisal or being canceled.”

     The new platform will not rely on Amazon or Amazon servers, Lewandowski said in response to a question on what is being done to insulate Trump’s social media from suffering the same fate as Parler, a site that billed itself as a free speech alternative to Twitter before it was simultaneously de-platformed by Amazon, Apple, and Google.

“It’s going to be built completely from scratch, from the ground up and that’s going to give him the opportunity to control not only the distribution of it but also who participates in it,” Lewandowski said.

     Lewandowski said that the former president has been working on the platform for “a long time.”

     Jason Miller, a current Trump adviser, said last week that the president will soon set up a platform that will “completely redefine the game” and attract “tens of millions” of users.

Trump was banned from Twitter and Facebook following the Jan. 6 incident at the U.S. Capitol in January, cutting a direct line of communication between the commander-in-chief and tens of millions of his followers. Both companies alleged that the president’s messages could incite violence. The U.S. Congress later exonerated Trump on similar charges brought by Democrats.

Since then, a number of world leaders have expressed concern over the censorship. Twitter has said that its ban is permanent, while Facebook is deliberating whether to restore access to the former president.

     Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) recently said he was “uncomfortable” with Twitter removing Trump and cautioned that people with a different view from Trump’s could be banned as well.

“Bernie Sanders, and I don’t agree with him very often, but he’s absolutely right. When you can cancel the president of the United States, the leader of the free world, from issuing First-Amendment rights and opinions then you can cancel anybody,” Lewandowski said. “Big Tech is out of control. They’re out of line.”

After witnessing the Biden train wreck of a press conference, I think it’s painfully clear to any rational thinking person that he is totally unfit for the office of the president.

     And whatever happened to the tough media that was all over President Trump like a pitbull? Why is it that for every GOP president, the White House press corps is like Woodward & Bernstein, and for the Democrats, they’re like Monica Lewinsky?

     The Catholic church has something called an annulment, when a marriage is consummated under false pretenses. I think this is exactly what happened with the 2020 campaign that Biden was passed off as a competent person for president, but in reality he’s actually just a few brain ticks up from a tomato. And I feel strongly that the Biden/Harris administration was foisted on the American people under false pretenses and this calls for a special political annulment.

     I have a revolutionary idea on how to remedy this unprecedented situation.  Since there was so much controversy surrounding the 2020 presidential election, why not have current VP Harris go up against former President Trump in a special election?

     It doesn’t need to be a full-scale national election, just the six swing states that were mysteriously shut down in the middle of the night that no one seems to have a rational explanation for. And this time, only living American citizens with I.D. showing up in person gets to vote on a paper ballot. What could be fairer than that?
     Yes, what I’m suggesting has never been done before. But then again, we’ve never had a situation before of a seriously mentally impaired president who should be in an assisted living facility, never mind the Oval Office.

     And to all the people who were duped into voting for an incompetent candidate, should Trump win the special election, would it really be so bad about having peace and prosperity again under “the greatest jobs president that God ever created”?

     Biden will never be my President or America's!

24-ounce large elbow macaroni
One “loaf” Velveeta or store brand meltable cheese
One 32 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
One 16 oz. sour cream
One stick butter (real stuff)
One package cream cheese

Put noodles in pot (I have a 10-quart Instant Pot, but I suppose one might be able to adjust downward). Add water just enough to cover noodles. Pressure cook for 3-4 minutes (whatever your brand pot allows). You may release pressure or allow to sit until released and the pot shifts to keep warm.

Cut the Velveeta into squares small enough to stir around until melted.

Add sharp cheese and other ingredients in no particular order. Noodles should still be hot enough to melt ingredients. If not, put on “warm.”

I tried this and have been told it is the “best they’ve ever tasted” by the school and several others my friend has given some to. A variation is to use shredded pepper jack instead of cheddar. It is different but good, too. 

I don’t have recipes; I just DO it. The generations behind me (I am 71) seem to have been raised as mac ’n’ cheese junkies. I ate it some at my Maw Maw’s Sunday dinner, where it was, of course, made from scratch. There was an occasion my lady friend (45) needed to take some to a school function. I like to cook, so I told her I would try my luck at avoiding the Kraft box variety. Here goes:

THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE 2020 STOLEN ELECTION

       Vice President Kamala Harris, who during the 2020 campaign called the heartbreaking “kids in cages” situation on our southern border a “crime against humanity,” is now backtracking saying that the Biden administration inherited “a very challenging situation.”

       That’s pure bullsh-t on steroids. The Trump administration made it very clear for illegal migrants to not come to America. There’s video of Trump even telling them, “Don’t come, we’re closed—America is closed!”

       Harris went on to say, “We’ve got to treat this issue in a way that is reflective of our values as Americans and do it in a way that is fair and humane.”

       Again, I say bullsh-t! We don’t have to treat this situation in any other way that best suites American interests---PERIOD!

       If only we had an American president who believed in strong borders and an America First policy. Oh, wait, we just did. And somehow this wildly successful GOP president who got more votes than any other incumbent US president was somehow voted out of office by an open borders/pro-illegal immigration/tax raising/budget busting/defund the police political party who ran a dementia-riddled candidate from his basement.

       I may never get over this Crime of the Century that stole the 2020 presidential election and set America back 100 years of progress/greatness..

 ONLY A RIGGED ELECTION MAKES SENSE OF AMERICA’S DEMISE

       Well, isn’t this nice to read.

       Because they’re so overwhelmed, border patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley are releasing asylum-seeking migrants into the US without issuing them court dates. As one border patrol agent admitted, the new migrant crisis has “become so dire that BP has no choice to release people nearly immediately after apprehension because there is no space to hold people even to do NTA paperwork.”

       Why don’t we just rename the Biden administration for what it really is, the “To Hell With Everything” regime.

       This is what happens when a rigged election puts a substitute teacher like Biden in the presidency. And yes, I said it, rigged election!

       Because there’s no way America voted for a party’s platform that consisted of open borders to the hemisphere’s most destitute and illiterate people, skyrocketing fuel prices, tax hikes and defunding the police.

       I don’t care what anyone says about the supposed "hatred for Trump," it’s impossible to script a more loser platform to lose a presidential election from a wildly successful GOP president who got 20 percent more votes as an incumbent.

       I believe history will show that the 2020 election was the tipping point in our country to recover from years of failed liberal policies and the 2020 election will ultimately be viewed as “The Crime of the Century.”

       Currently, there are two bumper stickers I’m seeing more and more: “Trump Lost: LOL!” and “Survive Til ‘25”.

       All I can say about the first one is that the joke’s on all of us in that the country is going to hell in a hand basket. And the second one, it’s getting more and more challenging each passing day to see if we can actually make it to 2025.

Between the CDC, Teachers Unions, Democratic Liberal run states, Senile Joe Biden and Fraud Fauci, not one of those people or organizations have a clue on what they are doing and they are committing child abuse on a Grand scale.   Mask or no mask, 3 ft. or 6ft., open or close, Hybrid or no Hybrid?  How is it that some states allowed schools to fully reopen and they are all doing fine?   All the leaders, politicians, local School Boards and some teachers should all be put in prison for this atrocity they have inflicted on our children.  

This so called pandemic was perpetuated in its "severity" for a lot of reasons, but none worse than the goal of severely affecting the health and well being of children for many years to come, through the use of technology and lockdowns.  You heard that right, they purposely did this to our children and who I mean by they, are the Liberal Democrats.  Some of the reasons are their desire in controlling these kids as they get older, money grabs, indoctrinating them, removing traditions, removing Family values, removing church and religion from their lives and the parents be dammed.   You do not see any of their children not in school do you?  Their kids are all in open private schools. 

It is all very sad and it will cost $$$ Trillions over the next 80 years to help these kids live whatever life has already been predetermined for them by these sick people!

Children learning remotely or in a hybrid setting are more likely to experience worse emotional and mental health, as well as less movement, time spent with friends, and being outside than children who go to school, according to a recent study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

“Virtual instruction might present more risks than does in-person instruction related to child and parental mental and emotional health and some health-supporting behaviors,” the researchers said, adding that children “might need additional support to mitigate pandemic effects.”

Prior to the pandemic, more than 8 million children between the ages of 3 and 17 suffered from a behavioral or mental health condition, according to the National Survey of Children’s Health (pdf). Anxiety, behavior disorder, and depression were the most common conditions.

The findings of the CDC study were based on a survey of 1,290 parents of children aged 5 to 12 who received either in-person instruction, online learning, or a combination of online and in-person instruction. The survey was conducted between Oct. 8 and Nov. 13, 2020.

Parents of children learning remotely were more likely to report worsening emotional or mental well-being of their kids (24.9 percent) than parents whose children received in-person learning at school (15.9 percent). But reports of anxiety and depression were similar in children in all three learning models, highlighting the importance that schools play in providing mental health services for children.

Researchers of a different study published in the Journal of School Health found that 35 percent of adolescents accessed mental health services “only in an educational setting,” based on data from a 2012 to 2015 National Survey on Drug Use and Health.

“Common reasons for accessing services in educational settings included problems with schools, friends, and family members,” the researchers said.

As for how much physical activity kids were getting, about 62 percent of the parents of remote learners said their children were less active than before the pandemic. About 30 percent of parents of children attending school every day said their children were less active. In addition, parents of virtual learners told the CDC that their kids spent less time outside than before (58 percent), compared to 27.4 percent of kids receiving in-person instruction.

Parents also reported on their mental and emotional well-being, including concerns over difficulties in child care arrangements and job stability.

The researchers said that parents of online learners “more frequently reported their own emotional distress, difficulty sleeping, loss of work, concern about job stability, child care challenges, and conflict between working and providing child care than did parents whose children were receiving in-person instruction.”

In addition, parents of children receiving hybrid learning also “reported conflict between working and providing child care and loss of work more often than did parents of children receiving in-person instruction.”

Some of the limitations of the findings include the small sample size and response rate possibly affecting how applicable it is to the population as a whole, and the results not representing all children aged 5 to 12.

More schools across the country are having students return to five days per week of in-person learning, while still offering virtual learning for students who wish to continue with that model.

President Donald Trump said in a new interview with Lisa Boothe that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is “hanging by a thread.”  “If you look at what had happened with the election, Mitch McConnell should have fought,” Trump said on “The Truth with Lisa Boothe” podcast. “He did nothing. He should have fought.”  “They would have fought,” he said, referring to Democrats.  President Trump tried to play the game with the GOP; he even had Turtles Chinese wife in his cabinet, but ultimately the power brokers in the GOP stabbed Trump in the back too.  Next time that will not happen, as he his draining the GOP swamp now. 

“That could never have happened to a Democrat, what happened to us with the presidential election,” Trump said. “It could never have happened to the Democrats. You would have had a revolution … if the tables were turned. You would have literally had a revolution,” Trump said.

“Guys like Mitch McConnell, they don’t fight,” Trump said. “And now he’s hanging by a thread; he’s hanging by a thread.”  

When Boothe asked if he spoke to McConnell, Trump replied, “I don’t really want to talk to him.”

“Look, he’s hanging by a thread right now with respect to the filibuster. And if they get the filibuster, he’s hanging on Joe Manchin, who always goes with the Democrats,” Trump said, speaking of the West Virginia Democratic senator. “Joe talks, but he ends up going with the Democrats.” “If they get the filibuster, if they knock it out, it will be catastrophic for the Republican Party,” Trump said.  If the Dems get the filibuster change done,  say good bye to conservative chances in the future of winning any elections of consequence. 

Trump said that there was the possibility of a parliamentary gambit to block attempts to kill the filibuster by having GOP senators refuse to attend Senate sessions.

He said if the filibuster falls, attacks on the Second Amendment will not be far behind. Trump touched on the subject of upcoming Senate races, saying Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska is “bad news” and “little Ben Sasse” of Nebraska is a “disaster.”

Asked about the GOP’s future, Trump replied “We have a lot of young, good people. [Florida Gov.] Ron DeSantis is doing a really good job in Florida. I think [Missouri Sen.] Josh Hawley has shown some real courage in going after big tech.”

“And you know somebody that’s been really terrific is Ted Cruz,” he said, recalling the time the two were at odds in 2016 over the GOP presidential nomination.

“And [Kentucky Sen.] Rand Paul has been great. A lot of people, I mean, really a lot of people have been terrific. Sarah Huckabee is going to do great in Arkansas. I think that [South Dakota Gov.] Kristi Noem has done a terrific job. A lot of — a lot of very good people, really very good people. The Republican Party is stacked.”

But there is a hole, Trump said.  “I think we need better leadership than Mitch McConnell and stronger leadership,” Trump said.  “I mean, he can’t rein in his own people. We have the Mitt Romney's of the world and, you know, the Ben Sasses of the world. These are not good for the Republican Party,” he said.  “You’ve got to be able to rein them in,” Trump said. “So we need better than Mitch McConnell.”

Republican Julia Letlow won Louisiana's 5th Congressional District election Saturday in a landslide less than three months after her late husband Congressman-elect Luke Letlow died from COVID complications before he could take office.  Letlow, who lives in rural Richland Parish in northeastern Louisiana, will become the first woman to represent Louisiana in Congress in more than six years.  She will also be the first Republican woman to ever represent Louisiana in Congress.

USA Today Network is projecting Letlow winning Saturday's primary election with 65%, avoiding a runoff against Democrat Sandra "Candy" Christophe of Alexandria, who finished second with 27%.  Luke Letlow, R-Start, had won the seat in a December runoff election against fellow Republican state Rep. Lance Harris of Alexandria.  But Luke Letlow contracted COVID-19 soon after his victory and died Dec. 29.

Julia Letlow, an executive at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, announced on Jan. 14 she would "pick up the torch" and run for the seat.  “Everything in my life and in my marriage has prepared me for this moment," she said then. "My motivation is the passion Luke and I both shared: to better this region that we called home and to leave it a better place for our children and future generations."

Julia, 41, is raising the couple's two young children — Jeremiah, 3, and Jacqueline, 1.

She is actually replacing former former Congressman Ralph Abraham, R-Alto, who didn't seek reelection to honor a three-term limit pledge. Luke Letlow had been Abraham's chief of staff. Abraham supported both Luke and Julia in their bids for the seat.  When Julia Letlow announced she would run, most of the state's most powerful Republicans as well as former President Donald Trump rallied behind her candidacy.

She raised more than $1 million to fund her race, according to her campaign, and was the immediate overwhelming favorite in the race.  The only question was whether Letlow would win outright in Saturday's primary or would be pushed to a runoff.

Louisiana's 5th District is the largest geographically in the state covering 24 parishes. Alexandria and Monroe are the population hubs, but the boundaries dip into Acadiana to take in Opelousas and into the Florida parishes to take in Bogalusa.

2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts OR 8 oz tuna steaks
½ box thin spaghetti
2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
4 green onions, sliced thin and separated
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Tbsp Italian herb mix
1 tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp Chicken bouillon paste
3 small zucchini, halved and sliced
1 cup ricotta cheese
Olive oil
Shredded parmesan
Balsamic vinegar

1.  Cook the spaghetti and drain, reserving 1 ½ cup of the water.

2. Cook the meat on medium-high heat with a little salt and pepper. Set aside to rest.

3. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan and cook the jalapeños on medium-high heat until slightly charred.

4. Reduce heat to medium and add a tablespoon of olive oil and the garlic and onion whites, Cook until fragrant.

5.  Add zucchini, tomatoes, herbs, red pepper flakes, and bouillon together with ½ cup of the reserved pasta water. Cook until zucchini is just al dente, stirring often.

6.  Add the drained spaghetti, black pepper, cheese, and enough pasta water to make a sauce to cover the spaghetti evenly.

7.  Thinly slice the meat on top of each serving. Garnish with parmesan, onion greens, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

     The more I read about the Biden-inspired border crisis, the more it makes my blood boil.  How is it possible that after finally securing our southern border that the next president would come in and reverse all the necessary achievements?

     The world’s most destitute and penniless peasants who drain our society of vital resources, along with criminals, terrorists and Covid-infected people, are now running free into our country--while getting taxpayers assistance to do it--while we are still mandated and shamed into wearing masks.

       Although this scenario is worse than even I imagined only 60 days into this abomination of a presidential administration, I can’t help but reminisce about all the people who stated that Trump was an “embarrassment” for so fiercely contesting the election result in which there was so much in-your-face fraud occurring right before our eyes.

       This country is being destroyed at breathtaking pace by a very determined administration that is hell bent on destroying it.

       Is it not too late to get Trump re-instated as president?  Is there any way to get an emergency Constitutional amendment pushed through that allows for a recall election? Surely enough of the alleged 80 million Biden voters are sane enough to be having deep voter’s remorse over what they’re witnessing, right?
